SUNDAY NIGHT COPPER WING AWARDS PARTY
SUNDAY, APRIL 9, 2017

Come today for more amazing films such as those listed HERE  but you must stay for what the Party Pavilion holds, as well.

Sunday night wraps up an amazing weekend with the Copper Wing Awards Party!!!

Will the movie you like the most win?
Can the director you just met a few hours ago take home a prize?
You can’t find out if you don’t come out to once again support the filmmakers from around the world (and locally) who sent in their films in the hopes of taking home a prize… a prize that YOU helped them win!

The live music tonight will be from Alice Cooper’s Proof is in the Pudding winners Vintage Wednesday, and the dynamic family duo Jeordie and her brother Beau Jarred

The Pavilion closes for the year at midnight.

About Shari K. Green

Shari became fascinated by films when at the age of seven she saw a movie being made in front of her house. As a teenager she immersed herself in the culture of film working on stage and then became a cinephile, working in a video store. Since then she expanded into film criticism writing for the last eight years and she has now written, directed and produced several short films and is currently working on a feature film project with her production company, Good Stew Productions, which she created with a few of her friends. Her favorite movies are “The Big Chill” and “Lonely Boy” and she enjoys watching Woody Allen films above all others.

Miriam’s Balloons is a MUST see short film in the “Action Shorts A” category. It is poetry on film. Amazing story, wonderful young actress and a haunting score lead to a deeply emotional experience. I hope this short wins a much deserved award!
